体に良くない赤ワイン？

先だっての、体に良い赤ワインの記事について、医療関係の方から、コメントをいただきましたので、ご紹介します。

「赤ワインのポリフェノールが体にいいというのは、現状仮説であって、証明されているわけではない。可能性は否定しないものの、

日本人の場合は、欧米人と異なり、アルコールに弱い傾向があるので、
十分な効果を得ようとすると、アルコールの過剰摂取の可能性のほうが高くなり、逆に健康を害することが予想される。　くれぐれも飲みすぎには注意するように。」

とのことでした。
また、「フランス人は恒常的に少しずつ取り入れていることもあり、効果を出している可能性もある。」と、おっしゃっていました。

やはり、飲みすぎには注意ですね。

アルコールの過剰摂取を気にしない方法はサプリを利用するのも良いのでしょうね。
